Custom built in 2003 by a local contractor this unit was designed after the 1930’s Boulevard Diner. The 8’x20’ building is stick built and wrapped in maintenance free aluminum. All stationary and sliding windows are double pane and commercial grade. The monitor style roof is maintenance free aluminum as well. Neon artwork and a neon clock make a nice display on the rooftop.

Wood cabinets are featured inside; with a stainless steel triple bowl sink and hand sink set in Formica countertops. All interior surfaces are washable and easy to keep clean. The bathroom has a hand sink, toilet, mirror and water filtration system. Fluorescent lights illuminate the interior and floodlights on each corner light the exterior of the building. Menu decals are located on the stationary half of each sliding window. A large print menu is attached to the end of the building next to the entry door. The building is finished off with a 77” awning attached to the front side and a 22” awning attached to the backside.
