Constructed by Cornerstone Manufacturing this kiosk has been in operations less than 12 months.  It is an 8 X 20 structure with dual axels and tow hitch. There are two drive-up serving windows on each side. Garden block edging, exterior lights and steel back door platform steps.  Yes, that all comes with it, too!

It has a LG 18,000 BTU Air Conditioner/Heater unit, 12 inch Global exhaust fan and easy electric hook up. This slightly used unit has a 30lbs/square foot snow load capacity for the roof and 110 mph wind capacity. The floor and sides are insulated with R38 insulation.

It is a turnkey business ready to go. Inside there are plenty of wall racks, counter space and sliding drawers. The equipment is still under warranty.
