This self contained unit has extra large tanks installed under the building and it is a bigger size for towable at 8’ x 16’ long.  Built in 1999 it was remodeled in 2015 (see the updates below).    This portable unit is a single axle that is approximately 5500 pounds.   Already approved for the State of California!  Reduced from $36,900 to $31,900 below are the details!

First, what’s new?

• Brand new metal siding and roofing that came out to a total cost of over $2500.00

More about the building:

• It has an air conditioning unit on it with two ceiling fans that make ventilation and circulation of air comfortable for workers

• This unit has plenty of outlets for 110v and is also set up with 220v plugins for several of the machines

• It is also wired outside to be plugged in like a motor home type unit with a generator or you can wire directly into city if you would prefer

• It has exterior outlets and full lighting in front and sides of trailer

• The unit pulls great and has no trouble making it down the road for long road trips or short

• The fresh water tanks can be filled from either the outside or from the inside

• It comes with approximately 50 feet of approved water hoses to fill the tanks.  The water pump, water filtration system, water lines, and hot water heater are located under the cabinets for easy access

• Metal security bars around the drive thru windows and door.

• Single employee hand-wash sink and a 3 compartment sink for all state approved requirements

• The hot water tank functions good

• The tongue of the unit is removable for security purposes

• It has two 60-70 gallon gray water tanks under the trailer: one is in the front and the other is in the back of the trailer

• The unit comes with (2) 30/35 gallon fresh water tanks, a hot water heater, water pump (much like a motor home), and dual water filtration systems.
